Pathways has been serving the community since 1953. Pathways is a not-for-profit organizations that works with the community to help meet needs of persons with diverse-abilities. Pathways seeks to provide supports in employment, volunteerism, recreation, leisure, travel, and much more! Our team is committed to a person-centered approach and strives to work together to ensure this is accomplished. The staff at Pathways are amazing and always go above and beyond for persons attending and each other.
We are guided by our three pathways Embrace, Empower, and Employ
Embrace -Through education, information and engagement, we encourage the community to embrace and support the need to help people with diverse abilities achieve greater independence.
Empower -Our goal is to empower people with diverse abilities with the confidence, resources and the skills necessary to lead more independent, self-sufficient lives.
Employ -Connecting with business partners and teaching employment skills, we open up pathways to to employment for people with diverse abilities
We hope to share this wonderful space with more great staff looking to give back to the community and work in a role that truly fulfills a purpose.
